are more likely to stay on the court longer.

is made to others to play at a certain time. It is much easier to put off a visit to the gym than to not show up for
tennis when others are expecting you.

in physical activities can lead to a longer and healthier life.
• Tennis requires the use of strategic brain function, and the exercise
increases the blood flow to the brain. This combination is believed to increase the generation of synapses and permit increased
brain function which may delay dementia.
